A bit about me...

The remarkable beauty of the area and proximity to Georgian Bay is what drew me to North Simcoe 20 years ago. I quickly fell in love with the area and purchased a home in Victoria Harbour and then built a second home in the community. After raising my two children and serving the local communities for 15 years in the municipal sector, I have now turned my attention to my passion, real estate.

Through my in-depth knowledge of the area and by putting people above profit, I ensure my clients’ needs are always at the forefront. With my drive, determination and dedication, I strive to ensure my clients are provided with every opportunity to benefit from home ownership and enjoy all the area has to offer in the Heart of Georgian Bay.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my dogs Harley, Bristol and Ozzy, travelling and riding my Harley Davidson.

But my job is to help you through each one of those steps, so you can relax and know that your home and your family are in good hands.

You are going to ask a lot of questions, and its my job to find the answers. It doesn't matter if it is directly related to the property you are considering, or if it's about where the closest dog park is, I will do what I can to get you the answers you are looking for.

Easing the frustration...

You are going to get frustrated at times, looking at properties isn't always fun especially if you haven't found "the one". Its my job to listen, help find resolutions and to dig deep to find out exactly what you and your family need and want.

Dealing with unexpected surprises...

Not all surprises are good ones. There may be surprises and delays along the way, but my job is to make this as smooth a transaction as it can be, but you can be sure that I’ll be there for you every step of the way.
